Relationships build resilience!

When we’re managing a busy schedule, it’s easy to take relationships for granted. But research shows that our relationships impact our health, happiness – even our financial wellbeing.

Relationships Matter is an awareness and communication skills class for individuals. Through discussion and activities, participants learn how communication, stress management, problems-solving and other skills can strengthen all kinds of relationships, including couple, parenting, frienships, work relationships and more. Relationships really matter!

~ 6 sessions – Starts April 17, Tuesdays (No class on May 1)

~ $12 per person. Includes class materials, light refreshments. Features curriculum from PREP, Inc. evidence-based relationship series.
